What if my pool is found non-compliant?
In the event the pool is not found to meet the state regulation safety standards, our professional consultants will provide all the information and instructions for corrections required to be compliant and receive your certificate.
Your consultant will book your compliance re-assessment date to ensure you don’t remain at risk of being found breaching standards by your local council or negligent in a pool-related accident.
Reassessments for all pool types are valued at $50.00 + GST.
How long does it take to receive my certificate?
All pools assessed and found to be compliant are issued with a same day certificate & safety report.
Can I do the certification myself?
Pool Safety standards are both extensive and complex, that’s why the government has made it mandatory that all assessments are completely by a certified pool safety inspector.
